Brown & Brown Risk Solutions, formerly known as Beecher Carlson, is looking for a Sales and Marketing Administrator to join the National Healthcare Practice in Minneapolis, MN (Eagan) or Nashville, TN (Brentwood).
The Sales and Marketing Administrator will support the National Healthcare Practice with client event, sales and marketing administration including, but not limited to travel and event planning, marketing materials management, administrative support of the sales leadership team and acting as a liaison with the healthcare practice and RS solutions marketing team. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Assist healthcare leadership with travel arrangements and expense reports as needed.
  • Support the healthcare leadership team in editorial review of documents and marketing.
  • Provide healthcare sales team with Dynamics system data entry.
  • Compile sales reports in various databases for monthly sales meetings.
  • Coordinate events such as conferences, internal meetings, and seminars to promote products and services.
  • Research vendors and make selections based on creativity, quality, and cost.
  • Book venues, schedule guests, draft and finalize contracts, and solidify day-of logistics.
  • Support content development for event materials and work with RS marketing team to produce final products.
  • Manage online library of sales and marketing material for the national healthcare practice.
  • Hire personnel as needed across all functions of an event (ex: registration, setup, catering, audio/visual).
  • Handle day-to-day administration of events and programs, including order placements, BEO reviews, vendor monitoring, travel planning, restaurant reservations, attendee participation, registration counts, RSVP tracking, and issues resolution.
  • Assist other marketing and sales staff in obtaining market information and research.
  • Coordinate with other healthcare teammates and departments such as marketing to ensure that sales campaigns are supported by other departments.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in event planning or event coordination in a corporate environment.
  • Experience working with colleagues in, sales, marketing, and communications.
  • Experience in administrative and travel support.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, priority, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a customer-service mindset.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with leaders, clients, and staff members.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
